I loved how close we were to Saguacu Lake, a relaxing spot for our weekend strolls, and just a short walk to the Joinville Museum of Art, made our exploration of unique local attractions super easy and enjoyable.

The superior twin room was cozy, and the fitness center was a nice bonus. It's conveniently located near the batalhão and the muller shopping. Breakfast was decent, though they could add some local jams and breads. It was a good experience.

The amenities were excellent! I loved the comfortable large bed, good Wi-Fi, and the spacious room gave me room to breathe. The location was ideal, right near shopping and dining options. Plus, the free parking was a bonus .

I found the hotel's location to be fantastic, right in the heart of Joinville. Access to attractions was easy. The cozy atmosphere drew me in immediately. Staff members greeted me with smiles and were very attentive throughout my stay. My room, a Superior Twin Room, was clean and spacious, but I noticed the light switch in the bathroom was positioned outside, a bit annoying. The breakfast offered decent options, but it could really use some local flavors, like homemade jams or unique breads. Pillows felt a bit too firm for my liking, which affected my sleep quality. A pleasant stay despite the minor inconveniences.

We explored nearby shopping at Mueller and enjoyed the convenience of a 24-hour front desk. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the breakfast was tasty.

The bathroom light switch placement is frustrating!!! The pillows could use a softness upgrade!!! Some guests were quite noisy in the hallways during the early hours, quite disturbing!!!

This hotel has a fantastic location! It is just a short walk away from a great shopping mall and plenty of restaurants on the Visconde de Taunay street. Plus, it's very easy to get to town or the bus station from here. the rooms are comfortable with good service and a great breakfast buffet.

Although the hotel had a lot of great amenities, the cleaning service could have been better.

Centrally located, close to shops and restaurants. The gym was small but had basic equipment. The rooms were comfortable and had good sleeping conditions.

Poor hygiene in the bathroom. The staff seemed to be complacent, and housekeeping does not do their job.

It was so convenient to be able to explore the town and have access to shopping and dining options. Additionally, the service was exceptional. The staff was professional and warm, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The room was comfortable and the shower pressure was beyond description - it was definitely the best shower we've experienced in all the hotels we've stayed at this year.

In terms of negatives, we didn't encounter any issues during our stay. We would highly recommend this venue to others looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay with top-notch service.

the location was perfect to explore the city, and there were many attractions nearby. the staff was wonderful and very friendly, always willing to help. the shower was astonishing, I had the best shower experience of my life. the hotel had a well-equipped gym, which was perfect for staying healthy during my trip.

That we requested rooms next to each other, and they were not able to accommodate us. I understand that it is not always feasible.
